LARGE BORE HIGH PRESSURE PARALLEL SLIDE VALVE FORGINGS

The A&P range of pressure seal parallel slide gate valves are designed to ASME B16.34 1690, 2850 and 4500 class. The small bore forged steel size range is " to 4" NB in materials ASTM A105 and A182 Gr. F22 / F91. The valve range is a true pressure seal design and has seats, discs and backseat hard faced with stellite 6 or satellite 12 and butt weld ends to ASME B 16.5 standard schedules. The range can be fitted with locking systems, bevel gearboxes, electric actuation and equalising devices



The larger bore range of CAST steel high pressure parallel slide valves are:-



  ASME class 1000, size range, from 5" NPS to 24" NPS

  ASME class 1690, size range from 5" NPS to 24" NPS

  ASME class 2850, size range, from 5" NPS to 24" NPS



Valves are supplied to ASME B16.25 BWE schedules or customer requirements. Materials ASTM A216 Gr. WCB and ASTM A217 Gr. WC6, WC9 & C12A



Valves can be fitted with by-pass and equalising devices. And can be hand-wheel, gearbox and electrical or pneumatic actuated operation.
